About the Role
This role involves performing commercial cleaning tasks according to ServiceMaster TBS Division's schedules and procedures. Training will be provided for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Dust furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables.
- Dust all exposed surfaces, such as window sills, ledges, and moldings.
- Clean all glass and mirrors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms using company-provided products, tools, and procedures.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- Perform weekly detailed cleaning tasks.
- Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
Requirements
- Arrive at the work location on time for scheduled shifts.
- Work within allotted hours.
- Complete special client requests documented in the company log.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate respect and understanding towards co-workers and customers.
- Contribute to a positive work environment with a pleasant attitude.
- Wear the proper uniform at all times.
- Be able to differentiate between cleaning products and their appropriate uses.
- Be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, push, stoop, kneel, and crouch constantly.
