About the Role
NCR Atleos's Field Services Team creates value for our customers by delivering solutions that build long term relationships. Acting as a first line response to our customers, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner with the focus being finding the right solution. You will organize, triage customer issues, and even handle some problems before they start. Our virtual and hands on classroom training enables fast learning and fosters an environment where you can stretch yourself and make an impact. This role truly keeps commerce running across the globe and is an ambassador for the NCR Atleos Brand.
Responsibilities
- Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
- Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory
- Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations
- Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity
- Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible
- Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution
- Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos
- Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements
- Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs
- May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts to meet operational needs
- May elect to participate in overnight travel assignments to support broader service coverage
Requirements
- Local candidate to the specific geographic area
- Authorized to work in the United States
- At least 19 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements
- PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
- Ability to perform essential job functions without reasonable accommodation, including: Prolonged travel with several hours of driving per day, Rotating and weekend shifts, Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance, Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements manipulating objects of various sizes
