About the Role
SiliconExpert is seeking a Customer Success Content & Enablement Manager to own the end-to-end content ecosystem that drives user adoption, empowers internal Customer Success and Sales teams, and showcases customer ROI. The goal is to shorten the customer's 'time-to-value' while building a library of powerful customer success stories.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead project calls, assign work, and manage projects to timeline and outcomes.
- Lead stakeholder management sessions and keep management informed of potential issues through open communication.
- Create project-related process documents.
- Assist in training new and existing employees on policies and procedures related to project outcomes.
Requirements
- Requires experience in HubSpot, Zendesk, Pendo (preferred), and Salesforce.
- Requires 3-5 years of experience in content creation and project management.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of the electronics supply chain industry and experience with SaaS.
- Solves complex problems using existing solutions with a new perspective.
- Works independently with minimal guidance.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Contributes to process improvements.
- Provides informal guidance to junior staff.
