About the Role
Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet customer needs. Conduct product evaluations, demonstrate product value, and track territory progress. Solve product problems and inform staff on proper product use and maintenance, while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Interventional Spine products.
- Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
- Persuasively demonstrate the value of our products.
- Systematically track territory progress.
- Proactively communicate wins with Sales Representatives.
- Exceed sales goals.
- Solve product problems when onsite with clients.
- Inform doctors, nurses, and other staff on proper use and maintenance of products.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers whenever the need arises.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited university.
- 1-2 years in medical sales or B2B preferred.
- Approximately 20% travel.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to drive an automobile.
- Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movement with ability to grasp by hand.
- Meet cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination/memory, reading ability, and memory retention.
- Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise.
- Must be able to manage time, projects, stress, and conflict.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
- Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
- Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records.
- Must be able to communicate/present to large groups of people.
- Must possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment.
- May be required to obtain COVID-19 vaccination depending on customer requirements.
