About the Role
Piper Sandler is seeking a Class of 2027 Investment Banking Analyst for our Technology team in San Francisco, CA. This rigorous program offers involvement in all facets of investment banking activities, including equity and debt offerings, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and strategic advisory work.
Responsibilities
- Create financial models
- Conduct financial valuations
- Create and maintain industry-specific business development books
- Conduct industry- and company-specific research
- Interact with clients and senior bankers
Requirements
- Graduating in May/June 2027
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis
