About the Role

Corpay is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for its Cross Border line of business in Toronto, Canada. This role focuses on promoting client growth, retention, and managing strategic relationships within an assigned portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen and communication abilities to drive sustained business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts to understand needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Engage regularly with clients to assess business requirements, identify challenges, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Provide detailed reports on client interactions and coordinate with Dealers to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
  • Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling strategies within designated accounts.
  • Exhibit proactive problem-solving by introducing innovative solutions.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of client industries, market dynamics, and solution alignment.
  • Achieve revenue objectives by prioritizing input metrics.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline within Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Utilize internal and external data sources to generate actionable insights.
  • Present comprehensive reports on portfolio activities, performance indicators, and strategic recommendations.
  • Apply sales expertise to mentor peers and contribute to the commercial team's capabilities.
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to share client insights and support product roadmap evolution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards, risk management protocols, Anti-Money Laundering requirements, and company policies.
  • Provide ad hoc assistance as needed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B experience managing and growing corporate relationships.
  • Extensive experience in FX hedging and cross-border payments.
  • Proven success working with complex sales.
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level executives.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • CAD $180,000 to $250K plus OTE
