Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the deployment of Rhombus solutions across products, services, and other areas in support of client missions.
- Drive delivery to the field through deep cross-functional collaboration with technical, client-facing, and executive teams.
- Improve user experience and evolve operational tactics and techniques by actioning client feedback.
- Rapidly address potential issues by working with technical and client-facing teams.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with senior executives and leaders of multiple clients.
- Understand client needs and execute partnerships from solutioning to implementation.
- Thrive in ambiguous environments, manipulate data, write product requirements, and troubleshoot application deployments.
- Drive or facilitate cross-functional communication, collaboration, and execution to deliver solutions to clients.
- Identify and action opportunities to improve documentation, process, and program execution.
- Accelerate and scale operational solutions.
- Deliver value to clients while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Anticipate cross-functional operational challenges and proactively solve independently.
- Build the product operations practice in partnership with executives and teammates.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residence required.
- Active Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance (Secret or TS/SCI) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-moving technology company, defense contracting, or operational military experience.
- Experience with enterprise or government software development, delivery, and/or support is desired.
