About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring good, collegial, and effective collaboration within the department and with other hotel areas. It involves performing repair, maintenance, and upkeep tasks, monitoring and controlling facilities, and addressing technical issues to ensure a well-maintained, safe, and technically sound property.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring good, collegial, and effective collaboration within the department and with other hotel areas
• Performing repair, maintenance, and upkeep tasks
• Monitoring, maintaining, and functional control of facilities and equipment throughout the hotel
• Resolving malfunctions in technical systems and supporting technical issues in hotel operations
• Processing technical defects and repair orders via Hotelkit
• Daily inspection and control of technical systems and equipment
• Documenting malfunctions in coordination with Technical Management
• Ensuring a well-maintained, safe, and technically sound condition of the property
• Supporting general maintenance and repair work in building and building services
• Close cooperation with all departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
• Assisting with event setup and dismantling, as well as other technical tasks in the hotel

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical trade
• Ideally, professional experience in the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding of building services systems
• Strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Reliable, independent, and structured way of working
• High service orientation and a friendly, confident demeanor
• Willingness to work weekends and be on call
• Team spirit, flexibility, and commitment
• Enjoyment of taking on new tasks and continuously expanding technical know-how
