About the Role
As a Working Student in Consulting, you will support our clients in the Public Sector on their digital transformation journey, focusing on E-Government and the digitalization of administrative services. This is a temporary 12-month position.
Responsibilities
- Gain insights into projects supporting the Public Sector in digitalizing their services.
- Contribute to the conception of modern, user-centered online services for administration.
- Analyze administrative processes and identify potential for improved technical support.
- Advise on the further development of organizational and project structures in administration.
- Engage in discussions with experienced colleagues on technical and professional challenges.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree.
- Possess initial experience with administrative processes or designing online services, with a willingness to learn the other area.
- Interest in shaping the administrative modernization process and thinking outside the box.
- Passion for E-Government and enjoyment of close collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Curiosity, willingness to perform, and enjoyment of working with interdisciplinary project teams.
- Availability to support the consulting team 16-20 hours per week.
- German language proficiency at C2 level (written and spoken).
