About the Role

This role owns the strategy and execution for a new layer of the platform focused on family office services beyond core investment management. You will determine which services (tax, estate, trust, insurance, lending, giving) are needed, identify external partners, and decide where Savvy should build first-party solutions. The goal is to create a comprehensive service offering that allows Savvy advisors to serve families like a multi-family office.

Responsibilities

Own the family office strategy, defining the roadmap for services beyond core investment management.
Own the partner ecosystem, including finding, evaluating, and managing external partners.
Make build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions for each service.
Productize services to scale, integrating human touch where appropriate, ensuring a unified experience.
Develop AI-native solutions for services like tax and document workflows.
Build the business case for the family office layer, considering adoption, pricing, and advisor growth.
Execute cross-functionally with engineering, design, advisor success, compliance, and external partners.
Leverage non-software solutions when necessary to achieve objectives.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment on product developments.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, including time at a high-growth tech startup.
Experience building or owning products that rely on external partners, including negotiation and integration.
Experience owning a product or business line end-to-end, including business case development.
Shipped AI-powered products, owning the roadmap for AI features.
Strong business, design, and technical acumen.
