About the Role

Drive critical initiatives spanning Data, Infrastructure Platforms, and Interfaces, bridging Engineering, Commercial, and Operations. Partner with engineering teams to deliver the next generation of autonomous-capable construction machinery in a hands-on, high-impact role for an early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage execution of cloud platform and customer applications across Engineering, Commercial, and Operations, aligning interdependent workstreams.
  • Anticipate and mitigate program and technical risks, surfacing issues early with clear options and recommendations.
  • Balance tactical implementation with strategic execution, shaping roadmaps and dependencies in a fast-moving environment.
  • Define and evolve lightweight program management practices that scale with the company.
  • Translate complex technical interdependencies into aligned, actionable program plans, mastering cross-functional coordination.
  • Use excellent communication skills to facilitate high-stakes technical decision-making and help teams navigate tradeoffs.
  • Operate with a relentless sense of ownership for program success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or comparable technical leadership role.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary systems involving cloud infrastructure, software applications, and physical deployments.
  • Domain experience in Infrastructure and Cloud Platforms, including familiarity with ML/Simulation loops, data storage, or security protocols.
  • Experience delivering User-Facing Applications (Apps), such as partner-facing apps and task and fleet planning tools.
  • 2+ years of professional experience leading programs involving safety-critical or high-reliability systems.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments with a bias toward building lightweight structures and durable processes.
