About the Role

As the first point of contact for clients, you will create a positive, professional, and welcoming atmosphere at the studio. This dynamic position supports day-to-day operations, manages client relationships, and helps drive membership growth. You will handle lead management, sales, and promotional responsibilities, offering the opportunity to grow within a community-focused environment and gain valuable experience in the health and wellness industry.

Responsibilities

Open and close the studio, ensuring it is ready for classes and clients.
Greet clients warmly and check them in for their sessions.
Address client inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email.
Provide information on classes, services, memberships, and retail offerings.
Deliver exceptional customer service reflecting brand values.
Assist clients with scheduling and membership support.
Care for children in the studio’s childcare area when needed.
Respond to inbound leads and convert potential clients into members.
Actively promote studio memberships and retail products.
Assist with membership sign-ups and renewals.
Educate clients on the benefits of studio membership.
Support management with studio events, promotions, and initiatives.
Keep the studio space tidy and organized.
Ensure all equipment and amenities are in top condition.
Take inventory and restock retail items.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations.
Contribute ideas for improving the studio environment.
Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere.

Requirements

Must be able to care for children in the studio’s childcare area when needed.
Must be able to work day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, and weekends.
