About the Role
CFIB is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support small businesses across Canada. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, counseling hiring managers, and making informed hiring recommendations. You will contribute to shaping the economy and future of the country within a collaborative and supportive organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from advertising to onboarding using Dayforce.
- Proactively identify and source candidates through various networks.
- Post job advertisements on CFIB's Careers website, online job boards, and print media.
- Counsel hiring managers through the selection process, including assessments and background checks.
- Utilize social media and stay updated on recruiting trends to source candidates.
- Facilitate interviews and respond to candidate inquiries.
- Support hiring managers in preparing and presenting employment offer documents.
- Ensure new hires receive necessary HR forms, information packages, and onboarding links.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing for sales roles.
- Proven track record in placing successful sales candidates.
- Ability to develop solid working relationships with Hiring Managers.
- Experience working in a high-energy team environment.
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to recruiting.
- Strong internal drive to exceed expectations.
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) is required for daily interaction with colleagues and candidates.
- Working knowledge in Dayforce or other recruiting software is an asset.
- Strong experience in social media content creation is highly valued.
