About the Role
As Alloy's US Account Executive, you will own the commercial motion and the full US sales cycle in our biggest market. This is a builder role focused on generating pipeline through outbound efforts, managing discovery, progressing evaluations, and closing early customers, working directly with the Founder to establish a repeatable US sales motion.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build pipeline through cold outreach, founder follow-up, events, and referrals
- Run discovery, demos, commercial conversations, and close plans
- Represent Alloy at US conferences and industry events
- Develop relationships from engineers to executives at prospects
- Work with the CEO to refine ICP, messaging, and process
- Keep the CRM honest and help build early sales structure
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS, infrastructure, AI, robotics, or similar
- Experience owning deals end to end, with self-generated pipeline
- Strong discovery and qualification skills
- Ability to learn technical products quickly and be credible with engineers and executives
- High urgency, ownership, and self-direction
- Early sales hire or startup experience is ideal
- Experience selling technical products to engineering teams is ideal
- Familiarity with robotics, AI infrastructure, or developer tooling is ideal
- Experience working closely with founders, in a zero to one capacity is ideal
