About the Role
Hillstone Restaurant Group invites rising seniors to join our Summer 2027 Internship Program. This internship offers hands-on exposure to restaurant operations and management, preparing participants for potential full-time roles.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through key staff-level roles to build a strong foundation in service and daily operations.
- Shadow managers to understand higher-level responsibilities.
- Gain hands-on exposure to every part of restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Rising seniors.
- Relocation flexibility is required.
- Passion, curiosity, and a strong work ethic are valued.
- Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
