About the Role
You love your craft, are a team player, and want to produce our organic certified baked goods in our transparent bakeries? Become part of our warm team where everyone's contribution counts. Through your work, you will help shape the leadership culture at Zeit für Brot daily and ensure that all processes in the bakery run smoothly and your team feels comfortable.
Responsibilities
- Leading the bakery, with a focus on optimal workflows and motivating your team
- Personnel scheduling and onboarding new employees
- Active participation in the bakery
- Ensuring our high product quality
- Purchasing and quality control of raw materials
- Adhering to cleanliness and hygiene standards and monitoring their implementation
- Coordination of external service providers
Requirements
- Training as a baker and several years of professional experience in the bakery
- Ideally, training as a master baker/confectioner
- Passion for the baking trade and high quality awareness
- Experience in leading and motivating employees
- Awareness of order and cleanliness
- Enjoy working together as a team
- Flexibility, motivation, and resilience
- Independent and reliable work
