About the Role

The Client Education team at hyperexponential (hx) is responsible for ensuring customer success by enabling them to effectively use the AI-powered platform. This involves creating training, certification, and documentation that translates new features and platform capabilities into actionable learning for clients and partners. The team supports the entire learning journey, from onboarding to advanced certification, and is expanding to meet the growing complexity and volume of training needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical training sessions, live and online, to clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain high-quality course content, including online modules, video tutorials, and workshop materials.
  • Support the design and delivery of certification assessments.
  • Partner with Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams to translate new features into training material.
  • Contribute to the partner enablement program, assisting external delivery partners.
  • Help maintain and improve course health and documentation processes.

Requirements

  • Delivered training, workshops, or technical explanations to a non-technical or semi-technical audience.
  • Studied Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or possess equivalent hands-on programming experience (Python or similar).
  • Worked hands-on with SaaS tools, APIs, or similar technical products.
  • Taken initiative to build or improve a course, process, or learning content.
  • Communicated confidently and clearly with clients or external stakeholders.
  • Worked effectively in an environment with shifting scope and ambiguity.
