Social Workers help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease. Responsibilities include assessing, educating, and collaborating with patients on care planning.

Experience Level
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience, preferably in an ESRD setting.
Education Level
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Current or eligible for state licensure, if required.
- Meets state-specific requirements (e.g., LCSW and supervision, if applicable).
- CPR certification preferred.
Salary/Compensations
- $28.00 - $40.00 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
