About the Role

As a Procedural Capital Account Manager at STERIS, you will be the primary contact and sales consultant responsible for selling and supporting the Procedural Capital portfolio of products, including surgical tables, lights, and related equipment for hospitals and surgery sites.

Responsibilities

  • Forecast orders and sales on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Provide accurate forecasts for manufacturing and financial reporting.
  • Analyze and report on win/loss metrics and other required business metrics.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge and market understanding to meet customer needs.
  • Study and share competitive information from various sources.
  • Record customer feedback and complaints through proper quality processes.
  • Balance current customer needs with prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Effectively manage sales resources to maximize outcomes and provide optimal customer solutions.
  • Interface with STERIS and business partners to enhance market, product, and service knowledge.
  • Participate in local professional organizations and regional buying groups.
  • Act as an educator or exhibitor at customer professional organization meetings and conferences.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel overnight up to 40%.
  • Must be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements.

  • Understanding of the hospital buying process

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree

Salary/Compensations

  • $60,000 base salary
  • Target earnings of $280,000 (incentive plan eligible)
