About the Role
Fountain Tire London Wharncliffe is seeking a friendly and dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join their automotive repair shop team. This role offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, training, and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Create work orders and arrange bookings, communicating them to technicians.
- Provide service quotes, receive customer authorization, finalize sales, and complete customer follow-up.
- Make proactive calls to customers to gauge satisfaction with services received.
- Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel, and mechanical services to customers.
- Ensure accurate billing of products to customers and process necessary information in the computer system.
- Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
- Participate in safety initiatives to ensure safety for staff and customers.
- Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses, adhering to standards and policies.
- Assist in inventory management through documentation and annual inventory counts.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry.
- Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations.
- Working knowledge of passenger, light truck, and specialty tires and mechanical services.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract.
- Excellent customer service and a great attitude.
