About the Role

CHG Healthcare's marketing team is seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to drive provider awareness, engagement, and conversion across all channels. This role will own the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate across channel teams to achieve measurable business results.

Responsibilities

  • Propose, develop, and lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept through completion.
  • Translate business priorities into campaign briefs that define audience, channel mix, messaging, KPIs, and timeline.
  • Collaborate with creative, paid media, email, and web teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different specialties, programs, or audience segments.
  • Evaluate campaign performance post-launch, document learnings, and apply insights to future campaigns.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between paid media, lifecycle/email, web, and creative teams.
  • Partner with each channel team on strategy and execution.
  • Develop annual growth marketing plans spanning awareness through conversion and retention.
  • Design and run structured tests across channels and funnel stages.
  • Identify friction points in the conversion funnel and drive initiatives to address them.
  • Own the growth marketing performance narrative, tracking KPIs across the full funnel.
  • Build strong relationships with sales division partners.

Requirements

  • Strong data fluency; ability to pull insights from dashboards and analytics tools and translate them into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Proven experience building and managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief to post-campaign analysis.
  • Full-funnel marketing mindset with working knowledge of paid media, email, CRO, and SEO at a strategic level.
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics including CPA, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Working proficiency with AI tools to support daily tasks and decision-making.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with paid media, web, email, creative, and analytics teams.
