About the Role
As a Product Manager at Regal, you will own a core product surface end-to-end, including the roadmap, execution, and success metrics. This role offers the opportunity to contribute during an exciting growth phase for the company, as Voice AI gains traction and Regal establishes itself as a market leader. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to bring initiatives from concept to launch, deeply understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable product strategies. The role requires a fast-paced, iterative approach with a high standard for quality.
Responsibilities
- Own your team's product roadmap and execution, partnering with engineering and design, along with key success metrics.
- Build a roadmap that accounts for customer needs, business goals, product state, and market direction.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer usage, pain points, and needs to inform product strategy.
- Partner with design to ship polished, intuitive experiences that enhance product accessibility and trustworthiness.
- Lead initiatives from customer discovery and problem framing through scoping, launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Ensure products are adopted by customers and meet their goals through cross-functional collaboration.
- Serve as a strong teammate and help elevate execution and culture across the product organization and company.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally owning a key surface area.
- Proven track record of driving multiple initiatives end-to-end from customer problem to launch.
- Deep familiarity with AI-driven product development.
- Proficiency in Claude Code and Cursor.
- Strong customer instinct and ability to bridge technical subject matter with customer needs.
- Experience designing for the real problem a customer is trying to solve.
- Experience with or on developer-facing products.
- Ability to get into the weeds of technical execution.
- Ability to operate with strong conviction and lead initiatives with limited supervision.
- Ability to move fast under ambiguity and drive urgency in others.
- Deep curiosity and a love for learning.
- Ability to form and defend a strong point of view on product decisions.
- Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and communicate effectively with various audiences.
- Ability to hold a high standard for work and be a reliable teammate.
- Early-stage (pre-Series C) startup experience preferred but not required.
