About the Role

Maxime’s is seeking a talented Server Assistant to join their hospitality brigade. The Server Assistant will collaborate with Servers and front-of-house team members to cultivate a welcoming atmosphere and ensure high member satisfaction, upholding the brand and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere, attending to all members’ needs in a courteous and professional manner.
• To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during and after service.
• To actively assist the Servers in the food and beverage service.
• Thrives in high- end environments, consistently upholding superior service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintains a professional, upbeat demeanor and embraces a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays per the needs of the business.
• Working as part of an established team delivering exceptional experiences daily.
• This position requires regular standing, walking, and occasional lifting as part of normal restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Proven success as a Server Assistant within fine dining, Michelin-starred establishments, or luxury hotel settings.
