About the Role
This full-time opportunity is designed for an experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join an established and growing practice in Warrensburg, New York. The role involves building a patient panel and dermatology care team centered around clinical strengths, helping to meet the expanding dermatology needs of the community.
Responsibilities
- Help shape the clinical support model, workflow, and patient experience as the practice expands.
- Focus exclusively on outpatient dermatology care.
- Expand access to dermatology care in a market with growing patient demand.
Requirements
- Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner eligible to practice in New York.
- Prior dermatology experience required.
- At least three years of dermatology experience strongly preferred for partnership consideration.
- Comfortable practicing with autonomy while remaining collaborative and team-oriented.
- Committed to excellent patient care, clinical quality, and long-term community relationships.
- Excited by the opportunity to grow a dermatology service line within an established practice setting.
