About the Role

As a YouTube Producer (m/f/d) at BTC-ECHO, you will be responsible for the development, production, and optimization of our video formats on YouTube and social media. Your goal is to create content that not only informs but also performs – with maximum watchtime, strong click-through rates, and real impact. You will develop new formats, optimize existing content data-driven, and take our video strategy to the next level.

Responsibilities

Identification of relevant YouTube and social media trends for the development of new formats
Conception and further development of video formats, scripts, and storylines
Production and post-production of video content (YouTube & Social Media)
Use of modern editing techniques and motion graphics to increase watchtime and engagement
Creation of click-strong titles, thumbnails, and video descriptions (SEO & CTR optimized)
Support and technical implementation of live streams
Analysis and monitoring of relevant KPIs (CTR, Retention, Views, Engagement)
Continuous optimization of workflows and processes in the video team
Close cooperation with editorial, moderators, and external partners

Requirements

Experience in video production, YouTube, or social media content
Very good understanding of YouTube mechanics (CTR, Retention, Watchtime)
A feel for trends, formats, and storytelling in the digital space
Experience with common editing tools and motion graphics
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
Interest in Bitcoin, crypto, and financial topics
Motivation to not only produce content but also to actively improve it
