About the Role
Campus is building its marketing function to attract, engage, and enroll more students. This role focuses on organic search (SEO/AEO) and paid digital marketing (Meta/Google Ads), requiring hands-on execution and strategic input in a fast-paced environment. You will leverage AI tools extensively while maintaining high-quality output.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads for select programs.
- Support enrollment and application goals by coordinating with lifecycle and social teams.
- Contribute to conversion rate goals by identifying opportunities across the paid funnel.
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data, surfacing insights quickly.
- Own organic search strategy and execution, including keyword research, content planning, technical SEO, and on-page optimization.
- Create content such as blog posts, organic landing pages, and program pages.
- Coordinate content creation with faculty, staff, and students.
- Build and manage SEO/AEO reporting in SEMrush, translating data into business decisions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize technical SEO improvements.
- Drive link building through outreach and content placement.
- Stay current on AEO best practices and structure content accordingly.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- 3+ years of SEO experience in a fast-paced/startup environment, with at least one year in a strategic capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of GA4 and Google Search Console, including setup, reporting, and data interpretation.
- Experience with SEMrush or a comparable SEO platform.
- Strong writing skills for creating clear, on-brand content.
- Experience in a consumer-facing, enrollment-driven, or SaaS environment (strong plus).
- Familiarity with AEO and structured content for AI search visibility (strong plus).
- Experience coordinating content contributors across a team or organization (strong plus).
