About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join our Dallas, TX team. If you have a background in HVAC systems, electronics, and technical troubleshooting, we encourage you to apply. We have a strong preference for candidates with military experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC control and Building Automation Systems supporting commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, manufacturing sites, and data centers.
  • Respond to service and warranty calls, providing front-line technical repair.
  • Use diagnostic tools and technical expertise to resolve building inefficiencies and recommend system updates.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high-quality service and clear communication.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry servicing electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency with hand/power tools, electrical testing equipment (e.g., multimeters), and computer-based diagnostics.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of HVAC sequences and applications.
  • Military experience is highly valued.
