About the Role
As a ProRepair Bench Technician, you will be technically oriented and responsible for receiving, diagnosing, and repairing customer equipment in-house. You will handle and repair small equipment, assemble various components used in the dental industry, and troubleshoot, align, and repair electrical equipment by following manuals and schematics. You will also maintain customer files, fulfill parts on repair orders, and maintain inventory and procedures according to company guidelines. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service and collaborate with other service technicians.
Responsibilities
- Receiving, diagnosing, and repairing customer equipment in-house

- Maintaining customer files

Requirements
- 2 years of technician experience in a service/equipment environment
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and help in other areas as needed
