About the Role
WB Mason is seeking a full-time Furniture Delivery Driver to join their team, offering a stable Monday-Friday schedule with guaranteed hours and no weekends. This role is an opportunity for CDL drivers with a company that values their contribution and offers comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Plan efficient routes for punctual deliveries and optimal service.
- Drive professionally and deliver furniture.
- Assemble and install furniture to meet customer specifications.
- Engage with clients courteously and effectively.
- Communicate any issues promptly to supervisory staff.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Adhere to all required safety measures and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- CDL license required: Class A or B
- 1+ year of CDL truck driving experience
- Experience with basic furniture assembly
- Must be able to obtain and maintain DOT medical certificate
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs
