About the Role

This is an important role responsible for assisting the food service team in food preparation, food service, and maintaining a clean, sanitized environment. The Dietary Aide collaborates with the dietary team and nursing staff to accommodate special dietary requirements and preferences, enhancing resident well-being. This role requires attentiveness to detail, patience, and the ability to follow instructions accurately to maintain high standards of food service and safety, contributing to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the food service team in food preparation.

• Follow both written and oral instructions accurately.
