About the Role

The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for executing Saxbys' partner marketing strategy across content, conferences, campaigns, and opportunity surfacing. This role manages the production system beneath the strategy, including content calendars, conference planning, partner collateral, and campaign execution. The position translates established strategy into published work, partnering with Partnership Leadership and utilizing AI-supported workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Run the recurring monthly content calendar across three narrative motions: Always-On, Thought Leadership, and Human Interest, plus case studies.
  • Own Always-On writing, support leaders' writing, copy editing, scheduling, publishing, and engagement.
  • Own the end-to-end partner announcement and Grand Opening process, including drafting and publishing company posts, leader posts, and partner-facing assets.
  • Manage the full conference lifecycle, including registration, travel, booth shipping, session proposals, speaker coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain the annual conference calendar and project plan.
  • Produce partner-facing collateral, including one-pagers, website copy, pitch-deck support, and onboarding materials.
  • Draft and coordinate campaign content for Grand Openings, the annual Impact Report, and channel partners.
  • Activate campaign workflows, document processes, and build reporting that connects marketing activity to pipeline movement.
  • Lead weekly Partnerships meeting reporting on metrics and progress.
  • Establish and track a LinkedIn performance baseline.
  • Monitor the landscape for signals indicating alignment with the Saxbys model.
  • Turn surfaced opportunities into ready-to-send outreach for the Partnership team.
  • Maintain a tracker of schools, news hooks, routing, and status.
  • Use Claude-supported workflows for research and first drafts.
  • Help design and publish the in-development Claude Skill for partner marketing research and drafting.

Requirements

  • Support, exhibit, and promote the Saxbys Mission and Core Values in all daily activities.
  • Travel up to 20% for conferences and Grand Openings.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Able to stoop and kneel.
  • Able to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 35 lbs.
  • Able to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, and ramps.
