About the Role
The Showroom Receptionist/Greeter plays an instrumental role in providing a seamless and personalized automotive experience for our clients at Rallye BMW.
Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for the showroom
- Greeting and directing all clients who visit the dealership
- Effectively organizing and keeping track of a high volume of paperwork
- Handling a variety of clerical duties including: filing, scanning, data entry, etc.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working in a receptionist/greeter role
- Dealership receptionist experience preferred
- Trainable in various computer systems
- Microsoft Office skills/general computer knowledge necessary
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills
- Outstanding phone and computer skills
- Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability
