About the Role

Williams Ford Auto Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internet Salesperson Consultant to join their growing Dealership team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about car sales and customer service. The position involves assisting customers through online inquiries, phone calls, email, and in-person interactions to guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to internet and phone sales inquiries
Assist customers with vehicle information, pricing, and availability
Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle demonstrations
Maintain customer follow-up and CRM database activity
Work closely with the Sales team and management to meet goals
Stay current on Automotive products, promotions, and financing options
Support dealership marketing and online lead generation efforts
Deliver professional customer service throughout the Car Sales process

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
Ability to multitask in a busy Dealership environment
Basic computer and math skills
Valid Driver’s License required
State Sales License preferred or ability to obtain one
