About the Role
This role is responsible for creating serialized plates that will be installed on our products within an agile and dynamic workplace.
Responsibilities
- Creating serialized plates that will be installed on product.
- Entering detail data into a computer-based program.
- Selecting the correct files and format
- Maintain Stock levels of materials required.
- Preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Printing quality nameplates, labels, and prints
- Preparing job documentation packages for Manufacturing orders
Requirements
- Minimum High School education required; some college preferred.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience working in a serialization name plate environment preferred.
- Mechanical Pump manufacturing background is considered an asset.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team.
- Must have high level comprehension of English both written and oral.
- Requires someone to be technically detailed oriented, very organized, computer literate.
- Able to prioritize work and assignments to produce effective and timely completion of Job documentation packages.
- Creative problem-solving skills, conflict management within different organizations (centralized and matrix organizational structures)
- Ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way, conduct root cause analysis and provide clear, well thought-out recommendations.
- Strong, team-oriented leadership skills with presence and a bias for action.
- Self-directed with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results.
- Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations.
