About the Role

The Logistics Process Engineer position is a technically and organizationally responsible role in intralogistics, reporting to the Senior Manager Logistics. The primary task is to develop, implement, and sustainably support technical solutions for optimizing existing processes.

Responsibilities

• Independent analysis, optimization, and documentation of logistics processes, as well as continuous development, planning, and implementation of process optimization measures within defined procedures and methods.
• Development of proposals for redesign and implementation of processes in coordination with specialist departments and partners.
• Participation in the planning and commissioning of plants and plant components, including employee training.
• Independent execution and documentation of process training and development of corresponding materials.
• Project management in the area of efficiency improvement and process optimization.
• Report creation/evaluations for management.
• Contact person for process problems.
• Realization of technical projects.
• Creation and management of schedules for the respective projects.
• Adherence to budgets and development of savings potentials.
• Presentation of project milestones and results to plant/general management.
• Contact person for complex process problems.
• Realization of difficult technical projects.
• Thematic leadership of inexperienced team members.
• Coordination and understanding in the coordination of capacities of other teams to achieve common goals.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Logistics Process Engineer required.

• ERA 10: Prozessingenieur Logistik
• ERA 11: Senior Prozessingenieur Logistik
