About the Role
As a Senior Designer, you will guide the visual voice of Serval, defining how an AI-native automation platform is presented. You will conceptualize and execute creative work across all touchpoints, including campaigns, web, product marketing, social media, motion graphics, print, merchandise, and events. You will evolve the brand system and translate the technical complexity of Serval's offerings into distinctive and impactful design.
Responsibilities
- Concept and execute creative campaigns end-to-end across digital, web, social, print, merch, and live events.
- Shape and evolve Serval's brand system, including typography, color, illustration, layout, and visual rules.
- Own art direction for omni-channel work, including launches, paid campaigns, conference presence, customer stories, and marketing collateral.
- Partner with product designers, marketing, engineers, and leadership to translate complex AI workflows into clear and memorable design.
- Collaborate with motion designers, copywriters, and external partners to bring ideas to life.
- Set the creative bar through feedback and mentorship, elevating the work of collaborators.
- Experiment with AI tools to expand visual design possibilities and team efficiency.
Requirements
- 6+ years in hands-on visual, graphic, or brand roles.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong concept thinking, exceptional craft, and storytelling across multiple mediums.
- Track record of owning campaigns and brand systems from concept through execution, including 360 work.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Comfort working fluidly across static, web, and print mediums.
- Strong sensibility for typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual systems.
- Comfort driving projects end-to-end in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to give and receive direct feedback.
- Experience delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.
