About the Role
We are hiring a new grad or early-career engineer to ship features that customers use directly. You'll be paired with a senior engineer as your mentor, own pieces of the product, and operate the systems you build.
Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing features that surface insights about ad campaigns - full stack: React and TypeScript frontend, Java/Python backend, database, with testing, monitoring, docs, and operational ownership.
- Hands-on exploration of how AI agents fit into our product and our customers' workflows.
- Participation in engineering rituals including system design discussions, code reviews, and on-call.
- Cross-functional work with Product Managers and Designers to define product direction.
Requirements
- New grad or up to 1 year of experience.
- Work-authorized in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
- Must have built at least one substantive project (side project, class project, internship deliverable, open-source contribution).
- Comfortable in at least one of TypeScript, Java, or Python, and willing to dive into the others.
- Solid CS fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design.
- Ability to understand the impact of code across services, databases, and network communication.
- Desire to understand users and question product direction.
- Ability to write clearly about technical topics.
