About the Role

The Franklin Templeton Academy partners closely with Advisors and internal stakeholders to deliver practical consulting solutions that strengthen client relationships, improve business performance, and support long-term growth. Joining the team offers the opportunity to influence advisor success, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to meaningful business outcomes. We’re looking for a Lead Investments Learning Consultant for an 18-month contract covering our Canadian clients.

Responsibilities

Deliver consulting and coaching to Financial Professionals.
Facilitate live and virtual practice management programs.
Travel to partner firms for consulting engagements and events.
Build relationships with Advisors and understand their needs.
Promote internal solutions and support program marketing.
Represent the firm at industry and partner events.
Resolve operational inquiries and improve client experiences.
Design, update, and enhance learning content.
Develop virtual, instructor-led, and reference materials.
Partner with Marketing to create new training programs.
Participate in project meetings and support delivery activities.
Support project administration, documentation, and deliverables.
Complete administrative responsibilities related to the role.
Provide work updates and time reporting to management.

Requirements

BA/BS 4-Year Degree or equivalent experience
Seven years of financial services experience in relationship management or sales within financial services
Willingness to travel approximately 50% to 75%

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
High attention to detail and follow-through
Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required

$95,000-$110,000
