About the Role
Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. They focus on material client interaction, project management, intensive data analysis, and creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, they focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience
- Experience utilizing Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio/Orchestrate, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect
- Experience contributing to the delivery of multiple Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations, supporting at least two project phases
- Strong understanding of integration design principles and data flows between Workday and external systems
- Willingness to travel up to 50%

- Interest in mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to team knowledge sharing
