About the Role

The IoT Digital Design team is responsible for the architecture specification, design, verification, emulation, and implementation of Wireless MCU SoCs. These SoCs integrate embedded CPU systems, analog and digital peripherals, advanced security, power management, and best-in-class radios for various wireless IoT applications. The team focuses on innovation in custom RISC-V Cores and AI/ML components to deliver leading technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Radio Datapath Verification for wireless protocols at Subsystem and SoC level.
  • Develop testbenches for wireless data packet Tx/Rx, MAC-Radio interface, MAC-HOST interface, Low Power Modes, and Security Interfaces using UVM and C.
  • Develop Verification Plan, Coverage, and Formal Vs Functional Strategies.
  • Work with and develop Real Number Models for RF / Analog modeling.
  • Utilize MATLAB models for RF/Modem integrity checks.
  • Develop automation in radio/MAC/host/power architecture verification using the latest EDA and AI platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical and/or Computer Engineering.
  • 3-8 years of industry experience.
  • Experience developing testbenches with SV-UVM and C.
  • Scripting and automation experience.
  • Design/Verification skills.
  • Software/Firmware coding (C).
  • Proficiency in UVM, System Verilog Assertion, and coverage analysis.
  • Experience with low-power implementation (UPF).
  • Experience with Real Number Modeling (RNM, Spice).
  • Knowledge of wireless communication protocols (BLE/WIFI/Zigbee).
  • Knowledge of Mixed Signal Real Number Modeling.
  • Experience with UPF based low power verification.
  • Strong mindset for learning and commitment to new architectures and methodologies.
