About the Role

Account Coordinators support Brands, Agencies, DSPs, and Trade Desks in managing programmatic ad campaigns on Magnite’s platform. The Client Success team partners with the Demand Facilitation Sales organization to manage accounts and achieve goals. This role ensures successful campaign execution by working with Operations and Media Planning teams, and develops strategic client management plans.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Management, Ad Operations and Demand Facilitation to manage client relationships and campaigns, pre-sale and post-sale
  • Develop a strong understanding of Magnite’s technology, product and inventory to effectively communicate with clients
  • Strategically identify opportunities for account growth through data analysis and understanding of clients’ KPIs
  • Provide campaign reporting, insights, and updates on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Help troubleshoot campaigns and proactively identify roadblocks preventing successful delivery and performance
  • Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with cross-functional internal teams
  • Support additional projects as needed by the Account Management team
  • Demonstrate accountability, ownership of a portfolio, and urgency for results
  • Exhibit intellectual curiosity that leads to actionable insights benefiting accounts
  • Demonstrate proactivity and eagerness towards undertaking new challenges that directly impact the business
  • Balance competing dynamics in a fast-paced and complex technical environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Analytics Platform/Data Evaluation experience
  • Adtech sales / consulting / Agency experience with large digital advertising agencies and experience within the online advertising space
  • Knowledge of programmatic selling or buying
  • General knowledge and strong understanding of the overall ad technology ecosystem (Ad servers, SSP, DSP, RTB, etc.), ad servers, ad formats, 3P data, and other related products
  • High level of integrity
  • Excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills
  • Strong and active listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex products, services, and deal structures
