About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Services Manager to assist clients in planning and executing memorable, high-impact events at Oracle Park. This role supports the Director of Events & Client Services, emphasizing a client-first attitude and exceptional customer service. You will lead the end-to-end execution of non-gameday events, collaborating with various departments to orchestrate customized experiences and ensure flawless execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute a range of events from ideation through completion.
- Act as the primary client liaison, maintaining a client-first, service-oriented approach.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities by analyzing client needs.
- Support seamless client transitions from sales to onboarding.
- Ensure all events are executed seamlessly, creatively, and on budget with timely invoicing.
- Collect and document feedback internally and communicate learning experiences to partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
- Recommend new approaches, procedures, and processes for continuous improvement.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, staffing plans and timelines.
- Manage and track all aspects of event budgeting, including forecasting, payment of expenses, collecting revenues and reconciling post-event.
- Demonstrate initiative by taking on emergent tasks and assignments.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and conduct market research for best practices.
- Actively seek, receive and implement feedback from customers and team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event management, project management, client services, and/or hospitality.
- Preference for candidates with onsite venue experience (stadium, arena, convention center, hotel, resort, or large-scale event facility).
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Skilled in budget creation, financial tracking, and ROI optimization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—internally and externally.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Outlook, and CRM/event management software.
- Comfortable working non-traditional hours in a fast-paced, live-event setting.
- Positive, collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and high attention to detail.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
- Ability to work on-site at Oracle Park daily, including some nights and weekends.
