Responsibilities

  • Utilize effective recruiting techniques, provide training, and use staff development and evaluation tools.
  • Optimize store performance and profitability.
  • Train team members on customer service and sales techniques.
  • Analyze sales results and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Schedule employees based on performance and store traffic.
  • Set sales goals and create plans to achieve them.
  • Inform the regional manager about store tasks and activities.
  • Mobilize the team and foster a positive work environment.
  • Instill pride and belonging in being part of the La Vie en Rose team.
  • Embody the company's vision, mission, and brand culture.
  • Act as an inspirational role model.
  • Recruit, prepare, and train employees.
  • Source candidates for various roles.
  • Plan and manage work schedules, including absences and lateness.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for the store team.
  • Manage labor disputes and disciplinary actions.
  • Master product knowledge and technical features.
  • Create an attractive store environment based on planograms.
  • Monitor competitor activities.
  • Build a loyal customer base by showcasing brand image and relationships.
  • Develop action plans for inventory management.
  • Plan incoming orders and set up visual displays.
  • Maintain store cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with mall administration.
  • Analyze reports to optimize productivity and sales.
  • Open and close the store.
  • Manage controllable expenses.
  • Collaborate with head office on projects.
  • Apply company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
