About the Role
Access provides integrated mental health and addiction services through an interdisciplinary team focused on addressing the crisis in children and adolescent mental health. The role involves providing services that significantly impact students' wellbeing and academic success.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
- Develop participant-centered care plans.
- Conduct health assessments and physicals.
- Deliver clinical excellence and evidence-based interventions.
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy.
- Perform psychiatric evaluations.
- Manage medication.
- Offer peer support and engagement.
- Connect participants to additional services and care.
- Achieve participant-determined outcomes.
- Utilize work experience to meet licensing requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, care planning, individual therapy, family/couples therapy, group therapy, and clinical documentation/chart maintenance.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Westchester County System of Care and resources for all age groups and behavioral health/medical needs.
Requirements
- Must be capable to sit or stand in front of a computer for long periods of time.
- Able to work in an open space floor plan.
- Must be capable to move throughout the workday and follow individuals throughout the community.
- Work alongside co-workers within 3 feet.
- Must be able to move in tight spaces.
- Occasional lifting of over 25 pounds.

Salary/Compensations
- $65,000 (LMSW/LP-MHC/MFT/LCAT)
- $75,000 (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT)
