About the Role

Maxime’s is seeking a talented Runner to join their hospitality brigade. The Runner will work closely with Servers/Captains and front-of-house team members to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure the highest level of member satisfaction, elevating the brand and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Servers and Server Assistants in food and beverage service.
• Maintain a professional, upbeat demeanor and embrace a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Uphold superior service standards and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere, attending to all members’ needs courteously and professionally.
• Be fully conversant with table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during, and after service.

Requirements

• Proven success as a Runner within fine dining, Michelin-starred establishments, or luxury hotel settings.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including early morning, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Requires regular standing, walking, and occasional lifting as part of normal restaurant operations.
