About the Role

Charlie Health is hiring exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. We aim to enhance our programming and deliver the best possible care by collaborating with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
  • Offer part-time or full-time W-2 positions.
  • Maintain a minimum of 12 hours/week for part-time roles with flexible scheduling.
  • Work 40 hours/week for full-time roles, requiring evening and Saturday availability.

Requirements

  • Must hold an independent or associate licensure in New York.
  • Licenses accepted: Pre-Licensed Social Workers, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC-D, LMFT-D.
  • Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome).
  • Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
  • Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred.
  • Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2.
  • Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.

Skills

  • Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
  • Experienced with teens and young adults.
  • Passionate and skilled in group services.
  • Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video.
  • Available evenings to meet client needs.
  • Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.

Salary/Compensations

  • Full-Time Salary: $70,000-$80,000
  • Part-Time Rate: $54-$66/hour
