About the Role

We are seeking reliable, energetic, and positive Coaches to lead beginner-level programs for children aged 5-10 (Grades K-5) at various Bay Area schools. All lesson plans and equipment are provided, with a focus on creating a fun, active, and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes using provided lesson plans
• Manage groups of 8-16 students
• Foster a safe and positive learning environment
• Attend a 2-day unpaid training/shadowing session
• Track attendance and manage student sign-in/out procedures
• Communicate professionally with parents and school staff
• Capture class photos for program documentation

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years old
• Playing or coaching experience is preferred but not required
• USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
• Must enjoy working with children
• Possess strong communication and classroom management skills
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have a personal vehicle
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must complete a TB test and Live Scan background check prior to employment
• Must provide a photo and short biography for the company website
• Must reside in the Bay Area and be available for in-person work
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Visa sponsorship is not available
