Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch hospitality in a team-oriented setting.
- Wait tables, take orders, set and bus tables, serve food, and maintain a pleasant dining room appearance.
- Assist with dishwashing, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Complete all shift duties, including stocking, POS entries, and dining room arrangement.
- Master the menu and specials to confidently answer diner questions.
- Record mealtime transactions according to company policies and procedures.
- Interact with residents and guests and respond to their dining needs.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, food handling procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Follow all food and beverage protocols and procedures in alignment with the company mission.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key to success.
- Experience is a plus but not required.
- Must complete a screening process as required by state regulations.
- Residency within the State that this Community/Location operates in is a condition of employment.
