About the Role

This role is for a Senior Accountant - Publicly Traded Companies where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, united by a shared commitment to making a difference for clients, communities, and one another.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and preparing audit risks assessments and conducting fieldworks for public and private company audits under IFRS
  • Reporting to managers and partners on executions of the audit engagements
  • Building and maintaining healthy working relationships with clients
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Able to deliver quality work and demonstrate excellent technical accounting skills under IFRS
  • Mentor/train staffs and understand the importance of teamwork
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • CPA, CA or working towards a CPA designation; completion of UFE/CFE
  • Public practice experience is required
  • Experienced in both Private and Public Enterprise is an asset
  • Superior people and client service skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Adept organizational and time management skills, including the ability to meet deadline

Salary/Compensations

  • $70,000 - $84,000 per annum
