About the Role

We are seeking Senior Product Marketing Managers to lead Product Marketing for key products within Core Banking, Borrowing, and Wealth. This role involves understanding market needs, shaping product strategy, defining positioning, and managing product launches, acting as the voice of the market within product squads.

Responsibilities

  • Own Product Marketing for a Product, defining a 2-4 quarter strategy connecting customer needs, market opportunity, and product direction.
  • Own Product Marketing across the full product lifecycle from discovery through launches and iteration.
  • Serve as the go-to person for understanding product market success.
  • Become the expert on your market by building a deep understanding of customers, competitors, and category.
  • Use research, data, and experimentation to identify opportunities that influence product priorities.
  • Bring the voice of the market into day-to-day product decisions.
  • Create clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that helps customers understand product value.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, Writers, and Integrated Marketing to ensure consistent positioning.
  • Shape product strategy alongside Product Managers, Designers, and Researchers with customer and market insight.
  • Design launch strategies that fit the customer problem and coordinate cross-functional launches.
  • Measure launches against meaningful outcomes and use learnings to strengthen future decisions.
  • Use customer and commercial data to understand the impact of your work.
  • Build business cases for product decisions.

Requirements

  • Enjoy owning entire products and taking responsibility for Product Marketing across a full product experience.
  • Comfortable solving ambiguous problems with evidence, understanding customers, and identifying market opportunities.
  • Ability to turn insight into practical product and marketing recommendations.
  • Understand what makes products win by combining customer insight, market understanding, and commercial thinking.
  • Influence through collaboration, working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Researchers, and Integrated Marketing.
  • Seek feedback, develop your craft, and contribute to team strength through knowledge sharing.
  • Informally mentor more junior team members.
